HOME | NEWS | GET INVOLVED | SPECIAL EVENTS | ABOUT US | CONTACT US |  Habitat relies on tax-deductible contributions from private citizens, corporations, churches, foundations and civic organizations as well as grants and various fund raisers throughout the year. Gifts to habitat initially fund our building and administrative costs. The completed houses then generate mortgage income, which we apply to future construction. This makes contributions to Habitat live for years.We also contribute 10 percent of all non-designated income to Habitat Internations's foreign projects. Habitat does not accept government money for construction or renovation, or for general operation expenses. We do, however, accept funds for buying property, hooking up utilities, and other expenses in preparation for construction, provided the funds have no requirements that violate Habitat's principles. If you would like to dontate funds towards our projects, you can do so by sending them to the post office box listed at the left.
